5th Avenue, exclusive distributor of Cuban cigars in Germany, Austria and Poland offers a new regional edition.
The Preferidos is the fifth vitola "Exclusivo 5ta Avenida" (which is a Spanish name for the 5th Avenue), however, the brand Punch has been selected for the first time for this region (Germany, Austria and Poland). Actually, the brand was already chosen in 2012 by the 5th Avenue for the Sir John, a Hermosos No.4, (48 x 127mm), which was dressed with a band "Exclusivo Alemania" and therefore distributed exclusively in Germany.
The vitola chosen by Punch for this regional edition is Montesco (55 x 130 mm), otherwise known as Robusto. Thus, it is no surprise that the cigar was named "Preferidos" (which means “preferred” in Spanish) as this size has been one of the most popular in recent years. It was also used by Ramón Allones for the Silver Jubilee (Edición Regional Asia Pacifico 2017) and has been part of Romeo y Julieta's regular catalog since 2010: the Wide Churchills!
The production of the Punch Preferidos is limited to 10'000 boxes of 10 cigars, individually numbered and intended for the three countries of the 5th Avenue territory: Germany, Austria and Poland.
