Grauer Boa

A unique vitola gradually rising in power!

A cigar embodies the passion and expertise of an artist and conveys the history and natural flavors of the terroir. It is also an essential element of the epicurean lifestyle. Having this in mind, the House of Grauer launched its own cigar: the Grauer Boa.

Rolled from a blend of the best Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco, the cigar features a completely new vitola: the "Boa". Named after the eponymous snake species due to its shape, it is the result of work of the most skillful Torcédors with 15 years of experience. Beyond its fascinating visual aspect, this size offers a remarkable evolution of power and aromas during the tasting. It has been imagined, designed, developed and tested to meet the highest requirements in terms of taste, blend’s intensity and size.

On the nose, aromas of wood and wet earth can be revealed. The draw is promising. Once lit, the cigar immediately makes you enjoy a very pleasant smoke with some woody aromas followed by spicy notes.

The ash is beautiful, of white color and has very good resistance, showing an excellent burn.

The second part brings a delicate change when arriving to cepo 56. With more power and length in the mouth, the aromas evolve towards dried fruits and hazelnuts.

The finish, even much more powerful, exposes some very nice grilled and peppery aromas!

The Boa was produced in very limited quantities: only 100 cabinets of 50 cigars. In addition to the originality of the vitola, the 50 Boa are arranged upright in order to let air circulate between each cigar and thus to improve their conservation. This presentation is inspired by an old Romeo y Julieta cabinet produced for Cedros de Luxe No.1.
