Claire Naudin embodies the spirit of a passionate winemaker, taking charge of Domaine Naudin-Ferrand in 1994 with a unique vision. A staunch advocate for sustainable viticulture and integrated production, she rejects standardization in favor of an artisanal approach to sustainable winemaking, emphasizing minimal intervention. As a woman winemaker and devoted mother, she aims to pass on her heritage through wines that evoke emotion and look towards the future.

The estate spans approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, with 80% under regional appellation such as Hautes Côtes, and the remainder in village appellation (Aloxe Corton), 1st Cru (Ladoix and Nuits-Saint-Georges), and Grand Cru (Echezeaux).

The estate's history is intricately tied to that of the 'Hautes-Côtes.' After humble beginnings, it experienced significant growth following the establishment of this appellation in 1961. Several generations of winemakers have shaped this property, each succession bringing renewal, dynamism, and new projects. Today, an eight-member team surrounds Claire Naudin, all sharing a profound love for the wine.

Claire Naudin is also renowned for her passion for flowers, inspiring the names of some of her cuvées. Her famous 'flower cuvées,' at the pinnacle of their respective appellations, now total seven wines, often named after flowers found in her vineyards, such as 'Bellis Perennis' for the Hautes Côtes de Beaune blanc or 'Orchis Mascula' for the Hautes Côtes de Beaune.

Claire Naudin's wines reflect her authenticity. The reds boast a deep red hue, revealing rich and complex bouquets, while the whites, magnificent chardonnays, often showcase notes of toasted brioche blended with the ripe flavor of quince.
