Aged for at least 4 years in the cellar, it offers a perfect balance of freshness and fruitiness, without losing the wine’s pure character. Its pale yellow robe with green highlights reveals aromas of white flowers, hawthorn, green apple, and citrus, evolving into notes of grapefruit zest, fresh ginger, and star anise.
