The Porcelain Gin – Shanghai Dry Gin – Mandarin is a meticulously crafted spirit, distilled from 18 unique botanicals that highlight the exotic aromas of Mongolian juniper berries, Sichuan pepper, and aromatic cardamom.
Produced in small batches at the Porcelain Distillery in Tieling, China, this gin follows the Shanghai Dry Gin definition, meaning at least 90% of its botanicals are native to China and all flavors are derived solely through distillation.
Its vibrant profile features notes of wild juniper, goji berries, citrus peels, lemongrass, and warming spices, creating a complex yet refreshing taste. On the nose, it reveals fresh chamomile, mint, and citrus, while the palate offers hints of mint candy, juniper, and cardamom, leading to a smooth finish with herbal and slightly bitter citrus undertones.
