Trinidad Robustos Extra Travel Humidor
The comeback of the Robustos Extra in an exclusive and limited edition for the Duty Free and Travel Retail stores.
Showcased last October at the first edition of the Virtual Travel Retail Expo 2020 organised by The Moodie Davitt Report Company, the Trinidad Robustos Extra Travel Humidor has been produced in 10,000 pieces and is exclusively intended for Duty-Free and Travel Retail points of sale.
Each travel humidor contains 14 Robustos Extra, a well-known vitola that is courted by the brand's aficionados. It first appeared in 2004 with its introduction in the regular Trinidad catalogue before being withdrawn in 2012.
With a cepo of 50 and a length of 155 mm, the Robustos Extra is a Dobles (T), dressed, like all the brand's vitolas, in the emblematic pig's tail. Despite its popularity, the vitola has remained exclusive to the Trinidad brand and does not appear in the catalogue of any other Habanos brand.
For the occasion and in order to underline the exclusivity of these cigars, they are dressed with a double band. The first one is the classic band of the brand. The second, stamped "Trinidad Habana - Cuba" is affixed to the foot of the cigars. The latter allows them to be distinguished from the Robustos Extra that were produced between 2004 and 2012.
The Trinidad Robustos Extra is a vitola of choice for aficionados, who appreciate the thick formats and unique aromas of the Trinidad blend.
Elegant and practical, the travel humidor that contains these special cigars is made from a wooden structure covered on the outside with a tobacco-coloured felt with a suede-like appearance. This finish offers a special soft touch. The latter is equipped with a hygrometer and a humidifier, allowing you to travel with your precious vitolas while ensuring their conservation during the trip.
