The House of Grauer invites you to a sparkling evening dedicated to the oldest Champagne House in history — Gosset, founded in 1584 in Aÿ.
Long before the art of effervescence was discovered, Pierre Gosset, alderman and winemaker in Aÿ, was already producing still wines celebrated by the great nobles of France.
Maison Gosset is renowned for its uncompromising approach: avoiding malolactic fermentation to preserve natural acidity, extending aging in cellars to achieve depth and complexity, and crafting each cuvée with an unwavering respect for tradition. The result — wines of character, combining tension and elegance, made to accompany the most refined gastronomic moments.
