Habanos Academy - Curso Junior
The House of Grauer, in partnership with Intertabak AG, offers you the opportunity to participate in the Habanos Academy and obtain the official Habanos Curso Junior diploma.
The Curso Junior is the first level of the Habanos Academy. The main objective is to acquire basic and minimal knowledge about the product. This course is organized by Intertabak AG, the official and exclusive Habanos importer for Switzerland. At the end of the course, an official diploma is awarded to the participants.
Topics to be taught during the Curso Junior:
Anatomy of a cigar
Main Habanos brands
The elaboration of Habano
Main tobacco regions in Cuba
Tobacco growing, harvesting and processing
Habanos' vitolas and the different types of packaging
Habanos as a Protected Denomination of Origin (DOP)
3 PM to 7 PM
- Presentation of the Habanos Academy and training by Mr. Yannick Goetschy, Marketing & Key Account Manager at Intertabak AG, in partnership with Mr. Mourade Hendor, Habanos Master graduate, our Cigar Advisor.
